Yaeger Office Move
On June 28th, Yaeger Architecture will be moving to Lenexa City Center. The move comes at an exciting time in the city’s foray into mixed-used new urban development. Lenexa City Center is comprised of 240 acres of property at all four corners of 87th Street Parkway and Renner Boulevard with the new Lenexa City Hall serving as the geographic center of the City. The dense development includes housing, retail, office space, and public buildings with wide, walkable sidewalks. City Center is a product of the Lenexa Vision 2020, adopted in 1997.
Lenexa City Center attracted Yaeger Architecture with its combination of walkability, sustainability, and vibrant downtown community that continues to evolve and grow. A network of trails and parks surrounds the area. Lenexa City Center is an excellent example of a successful partnership between civic and private investment.
Yaeger Architecture will be operating out of our new space on the third floor of Central Green starting on July 1st, 2019. The 48,000 SF four-story building is reflective of the City’s overarching mixed-use vision. Central Green includes four stories with parking underground and restaurant, retail, and corporate office spaces above. Other Central Green office tenants include CGB Diversified Services, Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting, and an Edward Jones branch office. Jo & Hash, a new restaurant concept from Riley Drive Entertainment, will be located at street level serving breakfast and lunch.
Our office will be closed Friday, June 28th during the move and will be back to “normal” operation Monday, July 1st. Our new address is 8655 Penrose Lane, Suite 300, Lenexa, KS 66219. Same phone numbers, same e-mails, same service, new office!
