Yaeger Employees Tour New Office Space
Yaeger Architecture staff donned hardhats and joined Crossland Construction on the job site of the Central Green building in Lenexa last week. The 48,000 SF four-story building is a mixed-use development in Lenexa City Center. It is four stories with parking underground and restaurant, retail, and corporate tenant spaces above. The building will be Yaeger’s new home upon its completion in Spring 2018. Other office tenants for Central Green include CGB Diversified Services and Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting. Restaurant tenant Jo & Hash will be located at street level. Jo & Hash is a new restaurant concept from Riley Drive Entertainment and will serve breakfast and lunch.
City Center attracted Yaeger Architecture with its combination of walkability, sustainability, and community. It is home to great retail, restaurants, housing, and hotels and is growing rapidly. A network of trails and parks surrounds the area. Lenexa City Center is an excellent example of a successful partnership between civic and private investment.
Yaeger employees enjoyed visiting the new office headquarters and learning about the plans for the new space. One of our consultants toured along with us and discussed details about the installation of the air barrier which was in progress at the time of the walk-through. After the tour, we gathered for Happy Hour at Ignite. Yaeger Architecture has more projects in the works in Lenexa City Center. Follow along for more updates on these exciting projects!
