Yaeger Commissions Painting

Yaeger Architecture on April 1, 2015

Yaeger Architecture employee, Elaine Grisnik, was commissioned to create a painting of Wyandotte High School for the Yaeger Architecture office.  Wyandotte High School is a Kansas City, Kansas Historic Landmark and is in the National Register of Historic Places.  The Art Deco building was constructed between 1934 and 1937 with funding assistance from the Federal Emergency Administration and the federal Works Progress Administration.

Elaine Grisnik is a resident of Strawberry Hill in Kansas City Kansas.  Her medium is acrylic on watercolor paper.  Elaine paints historic buildings in Kansas City, Kansas and the surrounding areas.
