Turner Receives Service Award
The SAME Greater Kansas City Post held its Vice President’s Dinner on October 15th, 2015 at the Kansas City Public Library. The event is held annually to thank the Post’s members for their continued support. Awards were presented at the dinner to recognize the contributions of the Post’s volunteers. This year, Matthew Turner was presented with a Service Certificate for outstanding contributions as Treasurer and Board Director. Congratulations, Matt!
Matt currently serves on the Board of Directors as Post Treasurer and will serve as Vice President for the Greater Kansas City Post in 2016.
The Mission of the Society of American Military Engineers is “To promote and facilitate engineering support for national security by developing and enhancing relationships and competencies among uniformed services, public and private sector engineers, and related professionals.” Yaeger Architecture is actively involved in SAME. Yaeger’s Christina Przygoda serves on the Architectural Practices committee.
