Three Decades of Innovation and Dedication: Two Yaeger Employees Celebrate 30 Years
At Yaeger, we believe great architecture is built on collaboration and commitment. This year, we are proud to honor two team members who have dedicated 30 years to shaping our firm; Ben Powell and Jeff Burgess.
Ben and Jeff have been part of Yaeger for more than half of our 52-year history. Over the past three decades, they have witnessed our growth, embraced change, and played an integral role in our journey from past to present.
Guiding Clients for Over 30 Years
From Kansas City’s Station Casino to Sydney’s SuperDome, Yaeger’s cornerstone architects, Ben Powell and Jeff Burgess, have guided clients through countless complex challenges and innovative designs.
Their contributions span every scale; from intimate community spaces to iconic international landmarks.

From Hand Drafting to 3D Renderings

When Ben and Jeff began their careers, design was largely 2D. Although AutoCAD was emerging as an industry standard, architects still relied on pencils, vellum, physical models, and hand-drawn renderings to communicate ideas in 1995.
Today, Ben and Jeff design and render in Revit, a Building Information Modeling (BIM) system which enables integrated data and immersive 3D Modeling.

Through it all, Ben and Jeff have been pillars of Yaeger’s success. Their commitment shapes not only our history but our future.
Thank You!
