The Gardens at Northgate Phase 4 Groundbreaking
On Tuesday, February, 2, 2016, Carl Yaeger, Patrick Lenahan and Jeff Burgess from Yaeger Architecture, Inc. attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony for The Gardens at Northgate Phase 4. Also in attendance were Ryan Tull from Rainen Companies, Ernie Straub, III and Adam Dubree from Straub Construction, Mike Smith and Sara Copeland from the City of North Kansas City and Tiffany Frazier, property manager at Northgate.
Yaeger Architecture, Inc., was commissioned to provide full design services at the Gardens at Northgate, an affordable and high quality, independent, senior living development. Yaeger Architecture master planned the initial 3 phases of Northgate which includes senior-apartments , single-family townhomes, multifamily market-rate apartments and retail pad sites. The first three phases at Northgate were so successful that Yaeger Architecture, Inc., was asked to design a fourth phase for the development. The 88,000 square foot Phase 4 will include 60 Independent Living Senior Resident Apartments as well as a fitness center, lounge, meeting space and activity rooms. The award winning Gardens at Northgate Village is located at 3000 Swift in North Kansas City.
