Wellspring Apartments

Pecos, TX

Yaeger Architecture provided planning, architectural, and interior design services for this new apartment project located on the southwest side of the City of Pecos, Texas, and is located north of Interstate Highway 20, between Stafford Road on the north, Raul Flores Boulevard on the south, and California Avenue on the west.

The complex consists of six 24-unit “garden-style” apartment buildings, plus a clubhouse building and two new private parking garages accommodating 30 vehicles.  The total constructed building area is approximately 176,800 square feet.  The six apartment buildings are comprised of two types:  Type A, consisting of six one-bedroom apartments, twelve two-bedroom apartments, and six three-bedroom apartments, totaling approximately 29,000 square feet on three floors; and Type B, consisting of six one-bedroom apartments and eighteen two-bedroom apartments, totaling approximately 28,000 square feet on three floors.  The site includes 280 on-site parking stalls in surface-paved lots.
