Yaeger Architecture was selected to collaborate with Chicken N Pickle on a new design and prototype in Thornton, Colorado; located in a 3.19 Acre Commercial Retail Development area east of I-25.
This indoor / outdoor entertainment complex features a chef-driven restaurant and bar in a casual, sports-centered environment. Sport amenities include pickleball courts, ping pong, and a variety of yard games. The Thornton Chicken N Pickle location contains six indoor and two outdoor pickleball courts. The 87′ X 41′ turf area contains games, seating, and cabana structures. The main floor contains a spacious restaurant and full bar. On the second floor, another bar and rooftop deck overlook the activities below.
