Greenwich Place

Wichita, KS

Greenwich Place is a 106-acre development located in Northeast Wichita at K-96 and Greenwich.

Phase I of the project included a Bed Bath & Beyond, BuyBuy Baby, and Cost Plus World Market.

All three stores opened in February 2016.  BuyBuyBaby is 14,000 SF, Bed Bath & Beyond is 38,000 SF, and Cost Plus World Market is 17,000 SF.

Phase II of the Greenwich Place project included an Ulta Beauty, Ross Dress for Less, and Designer Shoe Warehouse.

Phase III of the project included a maurices and HomeGoods.

Outparcels and pad sites for Greenwich are under development.
