Sprint World HQ Campus

Yaeger Architecture provided architectural services for the Sprint Corporation World Headquarters campus in Overland Park, Kansas. The 192-acre project consisted of four million square feet of office space in a corporate campus setting. The project included: seventeen office buildings, a central utilities plant, a central services building, an employee fitness center and health clinic, an outdoor recreation field house, a Winter Garden meeting and event space, and fourteen parking garages. The project was designed in conjunction with The Hillier Group of Princeton, New Jersey, and was constructed on a fast-track basis. A project office was established on-site, where the Sprint real estate and facilities staff, the project developer/program manager, the architectural and design team, and the general contractor were all located jointly on a full-time basis. Yaeger Architecture was responsible for approximately 50% of the architecture on the project.
