Celebrating Sustainable Architecture

At Yaeger Architecture, we’re proud to lead the charge in sustainable design, crafting buildings that not only stand out but also stand up for the planet. This Earth Day, we are highlighting some of our most innovative projects, each a testament to our commitment to a greener future.

Whiteman Airforce Base:
Designed to aligning with High Performance Sustainable Building criteria while enhancing operational capabilities, Whiteman Airforce Base is a shining example of sustainable architecture in action. From utilizing compliant products that meet EPA’s recycled content recommendations to implementing high-efficiency lighting and occupancy sensors, every detail was carefully considered to minimize environmental impact while maximizing efficiency and comfort for occupants.
Ash Meadows Visitor Center:
Nestled amidst the Ash Meadows Refuge, our Net-Zero Energy visitor center stands as a beacon of sustainable design. Harnessing the power of the sun with on-site photovoltaic arrays and seamlessly blending into its surroundings, this LEED Silver certified facility not only reduces energy consumption but also serves as a gateway to its surrounding nature.
Off-Grid Restroom:
In the heart of Heritage Park, our off-grid restroom facility is a testament to creative sustainability solutions. By opting for a photovoltaic array over traditional power sources, we not only broke even on initial costs but also ensured year-round functionality, complete with solar heating systems for added comfort and efficiency.

Here at Yaeger, sustainability isn’t just in our projects—it’s in our way of life. Join us this Earth Day as we celebrate these remarkable achievements and pledge to continue building a brighter future, brick by brick.
