Historical 915 Broadway Apartments

Yaeger Architecture, Inc. has been selected to serve as designer on the conversion of the historical 915 Broadway Apartments.  The 10.5 million dollar project, located downtown in the Garment District, will convert vacant buildings at 911 and 915 Broadway  into 44 apartments with amenities and parking. Yarco Development Co., the developer of the 61,500 sf project, anticipates completion of the project later this year.
